Terms & Conditions

All memory films are bespoke, quoted individually and confirmed in writing before filming begins. A deposit secures the filming date; the balance is due on delivery of the finished film.

Copyright of the finished film rests with Your Family Video; you and your family receive an unrestricted personal-use licence to keep, copy and share the film privately for generations to come.

Any music, photographs or archive material provided by you must be either your own or appropriately licensed. Filming dates may be rescheduled by mutual agreement where reasonable notice is given.
